Arizona requires all employers with 1 or more employees to carry workers' compensation insurance — there is no minimum employee threshold. Claims must be filed within 1 year of the injury or when the right to compensation accrued. TTD benefits are 66 2/3% of average monthly wage plus $25/month per dependent.

Claims must be filed within 1 year from when the injury occurred or the right to compensation accrued. The time begins when the injury becomes manifest or when the claimant knew or should have known of the compensable injury. Employers must notify their insurance carrier and the Industrial Commission within 10 days of receiving notice of an accident.
