1 credit per 1 hour (VCLE) (max 3 credits per year)
CLE Notes
Up to 3 VCLE (Voluntary CLE) hours may be satisfied by pro bono service. Hawaii only requires 3 MCPE credits/year, so this applies to the voluntary standard above that.

Persons of limited means; organizations designed to address needs of persons of limited means; civil rights, civil liberties, public rights.
