Must submit Affidavit of Pro Bono Representation to CLE Board. Work must be referred by an approved legal services provider or court program.
Eligible Case Types
Persons unable to pay; civil matters; criminal/quasi-criminal matters without government funding obligation; First Amendment claims, Title VII claims, environmental protection; charitable, religious, civic organizations.
