1 credit per 5 hours (max 3 credits per year)

Formally approved after 3-year pilot (Feb 2022). Work must be through PACLE-accredited Pro Bono CLE Providers (PLAN-funded, IOLTA-funded, or nonprofits with PLAN/IOLTA partnerships). Excess credits do NOT carry forward.
Eligible Case Types
Persons of limited means; public service or charitable groups or organizations; activities for improving the law, the legal system or the legal profession.
