Tulsa County is Oklahoma's second most populous county and anchors Tulsa — the state's second-largest city. The Tulsa County District Court handles civil, criminal, family, and probate matters. Tulsa hosts the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the University of Tulsa College of Law, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals sessions.
