The Fajardo Judicial Region anchors the northeast corner of Puerto Rico and the offshore islands of Vieques and Culebra. Fajardo is a sailing and ferry hub (with daily service to Vieques and Culebra) and home to El Yunque National Forest visitors via Río Grande and Luquillo.
