The Utuado Judicial Region sits in the heart of Puerto Rico's Cordillera Central mountains. Utuado is a coffee-and-citrus mountain town surrounded by the Río Abajo State Forest and home to indigenous Taíno cultural sites at Caguana Ceremonial Park. The Centro Judicial de Utuado serves Utuado, Adjuntas, and Jayuya. The regional economy combines coffee and citrus agriculture, eco-tourism, and small-business services.
