Wrongful Death Laws in Iowa.

Iowa wrongful-death actions are governed by Iowa Code § 611.22 and § 633.336, allowing the decedent’s estate administrator to recover damages for the decedent’s loss of life and for loss of support, services, and companionship of the next of kin.
