Immigration Laws in Nevada.

Nevada issues Driver Authorization Cards to undocumented immigrants and has one of the strongest DMV privacy protections in the nation — state law explicitly bars release of immigration-status data to any government entity for enforcement purposes. E-Verify is required for employers with 50+ employees and public contractors. Nevada grants in-state tuition and state financial aid to undocumented students. There is no statewide sanctuary law, but Clark County (Las Vegas) does not honor ICE detainers without warrants.
