Veterans benefits are predominantly federal, administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Tennessee supplements federal benefits through the Tennessee Department of Veterans Services. Tennessee operates four state Veterans Homes (Humboldt, Knoxville, Murfreesboro, and Clarksville) and state veterans cemeteries. Tennessee offers a 100% disabled veterans property-tax relief program. Tennessee hosts Fort Campbell (home of the 101st Airborne Division — shared with Kentucky), Naval Support Activity Mid-South (Millington), and Arnold Air Force Base.
