North Dakota supplements federal benefits through the ND Department of Veterans Affairs, which administers state Veterans Service Officers, the North Dakota Veterans Home (Lisbon), and a state veterans cemetery. North Dakota offers a disabled veterans property-tax credit (Disabled Veterans Credit under N.D. Cent. Code § 57-02-08.8) with substantial reductions.
