Cities and towns may offer a veterans tax credit of $51 to $750 per year (optional amount per local vote). Enhanced credits are available for totally and permanently disabled service-connected veterans under RSA 72:35 ($700 minimum, local vote may increase).
Administers New Hampshire Veterans Home (Tilton), state veterans' cemetery (Boscawen), and a network of Veterans Service Officers who assist with federal VA claims.
