Administrative Laws in Utah.

Utah administrative law is governed by the Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act (Utah Code § 63G-3-101 et seq.) and the Utah Administrative Procedures Act (Utah Code § 63G-4-101 et seq.). Rules are published in the Utah State Bulletin and Utah Administrative Code. Contested cases are heard by agency hearing officers. Final agency decisions are reviewable in District Court (informal proceedings) or the Utah Court of Appeals (formal proceedings).
