Utah has not established a specialized business court but the Third District Court (Salt Lake County) has a Business and Chancery Court pilot program. Utah follows the UCC. The Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act (Utah Code § 13-11-1 et seq.) provides consumer remedies. Utah's 2020 regulatory sandbox for legal services has produced innovative commercial-litigation delivery models.
