Domestic Violence Laws in Wyoming.

Wyoming's principal civil-protection remedies are Orders of Protection under Wyo. Stat. § 35-21-101 et seq. (for household-member domestic abuse) and Stalking Protection Orders under Wyo. Stat. § 7-3-509 et seq. (for stalking victims outside the household-member context). Orders of Protection are heard in the Circuit Court or District Court. Wyoming's criminal domestic-battery statute (Wyo. Stat. § 6-2-511) carries enhanced penalties for repeat offenses.
