Oklahoma provides Victim Protective Orders (VPOs) under 22 Okla. Stat. §§ 60 et seq. Domestic Abuse (Criminal)21 Okla. Stat. § 644(C)

First offense: misdemeanor. Second offense: felony. Enhanced penalties for strangulation (§ 644(J)), commission in front of a minor, or with weapon.

Stalking21 Okla. Stat. § 1173

Misdemeanor for first offense; felony for subsequent offense or for stalking that violates a protective order.

Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation21 Okla. Stat. §§ 142.1 et seq.

Reimburses crime victims for medical, counseling, and economic losses. Application within 1 year of crime.
